To submit your abstracts a specific abstract submission password is required (not the same password of the AIOP web site) .

Please note that the text should not exceed 2500 characters (spaces included).
To insert the title and the abstract text in the fields, we suggest you to "Copy and Paste" the abstract text from a saved document file, please avoid to type the text here directly, you have only 20 minutes at your disposal .
a) An individual may submit only one abstract as first name and may present only one poster at the Meeting. His/her name, however, may appear as
co-author on other posters.
b) Submission of an abstract carries with it the responsibility for the presenter to present the contents of the abstract
in person. Requests to withdraw papers must be made in writing BY THE PRESENTER (requests from anyone else will not be accepted) and submitted
to the Chairman of the Research Forum. After the program is printed, the paper may not be withdrawn. However, if, after this date, the presenter
finds it impossible to present the paper, the presenter must send written notification with an explanation and the name of a substitute presenter.
The substitute should not already be presenting a paper on the program, and he/she should be a co-author listed on the abstract.
c) The abstract and the poster should be original (not previously presented or published).
d) All presenters must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee as AIOP Affiliated Member. This will allow the presenter to take one copy of
the Proceedings (Abstract Collection).
e) All presenters must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee to the International Congress. A poster-participation fee (€ 100,00) has to be paid for all accepted posters: this will allow the abstract to be included in the Proceedings of the Congress (Abstract Collection). Failure to pay the registration fee to the International Congress and the poster-participation fee before September 30th will exclude the abstract to be published in the Proceedings of the Congress (Abstract Collection).
- Please do not insert any title for sections (es. Conclusions), titles will be added automatically on the printed version.
